We reproduce the market ecosystem : students learn BIM by working in multidisciplinary teams and facing the challenges that arise in class. We use the ABP methodology of learning based on problem solving and inverted classes. We encourage collaboration among students, belonging to different disciplines and fields of the construction sector. We prepare them to have a global vision of the interests and needs of the professionals that participate in the entire life cycle of construction in order to design strategies that implement the use of BIM, providing benefits to all parties. Our students learn to increase productivity through integrated practice (IPD), the management system that allows increasing viability and efficiency, while minimising costs. Nor do we forget the competencies based on what we call "the human part of BIM ".

The multiplatform approach of this program reinforces the value and competitiveness of professionals. Single platforms do not even help to cover the current demands let alone the future demands of a market in constant evolution. Therefore, we teach our students to be versatile in the use of different software and tools. It is necessary to assess at all times the convenience of adopting the technology. We promote a critical attitude towards BIM and, at the same time, a proactive attitude that allows us to quickly incorporate and apply new knowledge. The learning around OpenBIM open format, ensures a transversal communication between the different existing languages.

Moreover, the entrepreneurial attitude in BIM is fundamental at this moment, because the future of the sector is being written right now. Not only is it useful to create your own business, it is also useful when it comes to improving your job. Intrapreneurs are very sought after by organisations that need to continually renew themselves, which are currently the majority.
