Since 2022, we have been implementing BIM at the Directorate General of Mobility Infrastructures (DGIM) of the Generalitat, in collaboration with Ingreen. The project includes audits, the definition of Exchange Information Requirements (EIR), manuals and templates, as well as the management of the BIM User Group. This process ensures a more efficient and collaborative methodology, improving the quality and coordination of ongoing projects.
Since 2022, in collaboration with Ingreen, we have been supporting the Directorate General of Mobility Infrastructures (DGIM) in its transition towards working with the BIM methodology. The project has been structured around an implementation plan with defined and scheduled actions, including project audits, needs assessment and the establishment of the Exchange Information Requirements (EIR). We have also developed strategic documentation, such as manuals and software templates, and manage the BIM User Group (GUBIM) within the DGIM. In addition, we provide ongoing support in the coordination and control of BIM in ongoing projects, ensuring higher quality deliverables and more efficient management. All of this has enabled the DGIM to consolidate knowledge, improve processes and gain lessons applicable to future projects.
