Between 2022 and 2024, we supported Altura Arquitectes in the project of assisted living flats for the elderly, with a surface area of 6,895 m². The service included quality control of the models, BIM coordination, and the drafting of the EIR and the BEP to ensure efficiency and the proper execution of the project.

The service provided consisted of assistance and support to Altura Arquitectes in the development of BIM Management, including quality control of the deliverables to ensure compliance with established standards. The coordination of the models guaranteed efficient integration and collaboration among the different teams involved.
In addition, support was provided in drafting the Exchange Information Requirements (EIR) and the BIM Execution Plan (BEP). The lessons learned during the process were documented in order to optimise future projects.
Our involvement ensured the quality, coordination and efficiency required for the proper execution of the project, thus meeting the objectives set by Altura Arquitectes.
