BIM Management for the preliminary and basic design of the Can Batlló Archive, developed for the joint venture OP TEAM + Mendoza Partida + Valls, awarded by BIMSA.
The project consists of the design of the new facilities, which have a surface area of 25,000 m² and a Construction Budget (PEM) of €32,500,000.
The service has included the drafting of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), the monitoring and management of quality control, and the drafting of requirements and specifications for the generation of BIM models focused on operations and maintenance, which have been approved by the Directorate of Logistics and Maintenance (DLiM) of Barcelona City Council. We have also provided Technical Assistance to Mendoza-Partida.
Our BIM management has ensured the coordination of the models, the quality of the deliverables and their requirements. This approach has guaranteed quality and the achievement of the project’s objectives during the design phase.
