Between 2022 and 2024, we supported Orteu Riba Arquitectes and Andorra Telecom in the Node Project, with a surface area of 8,700 m². The service included the definition of the EIR, the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and the quality control of the models during the construction phase.

Our service included technical assistance in the coordination of the project through BIM, as well as the drafting of the Exchange Information Requirements (EIR) for the tendering of the works, ensuring that the BIM requirements were clearly defined and met by all project participants. During the construction phase, we provided BIM Management services, quality control, and the drafting of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
Our approach ensured the achievement of the project objectives, maintaining the quality and efficiency standards established by Orteu Riba Arquitectes and Andorra Telecom.
