The consultancy project for the deployment of BIM implementation at the Sant Feliu de Llobregat City Council, carried out between 2021 and 2023. Over these two years, the areas of action have been:
- Asset digitalization: we have proceeded to model and enrich ten assets, as well as the BIM management of the City Council headquarters rehabilitation project.
- Preexisting review: based on the review and proposal of improvements, we have ensured the integrity and quality of the asset portfolio and documents related to BIM.
- Drafting of strategic manuals: we have successfully developed and implemented strategic documents as OIR, AIR, PIR, EIR, and PEB. These documents, approved in the government plenary, are linked to the SGDs and the Municipal Action Plan (PAM).
- Manuals for operations and maintenance: Specific manuals have been developed and made available for two fundamental typologies: operations and maintenance, and management and exploitation. These manuals have been instrumental in implementing BIM in the maintenance phase alongside technicians and operators.
- Corporate viewer: finally, advisory services have been provided in the development of the corporate viewer, incorporating advanced functionalities such as filters and incident panels.
